It's unfortunate that only 5 stars can be given. From the moment my wife and I walked into the lobby of the hotel, we were greeted by Nila. We arrived at 10:30 AM and she politely explained that check-in was not until 3:00 pm but offered to secure our luggage. While looking at some brochures in the lobby, Nila told us that a room was ready and we could check in early. After checking in, we asked Nila for information about Paris. Nila explained several sites to see and how to walk to them. She also explained how the train system worked and that we could catch the train right across the street. Prior to traveling to Paris I read several comments about this hotel and well, had some reservations. But upon arriving, Nila canceled all the negative comments and truly made us feel at home. Yes the rooms are small but if you understand France, you will realize rooms are small. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall, the room was comfortable. Remember, your in France to see the sites. The location of this hotel is extremely convenient and you can walk to almost all of the major attractions. The Eiffel Tower is a 10 min walk as well as many other attractions. GREAT Location. You can have breakfast at the hotel or, visit the cafe just outside the hotel door. My wife and I found a cafe close by that served great coffee as well as local pastries. Overall, if I traveled to Paris again, I would stay at the Eiffel Petit. For the location and money, this hotel is way above a 5 rating. Prior to checking out, My wife and I brought Nila flowers to simply say "Thank you" for making our stay wonderful. Thanks Nila :) P.S. Remember. Your on vacation. The room is perfect for an end of the day shower and good nights sleep!

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic locations. I asked for a room with a veiw of the eiffel tower and it did not disappoint. (But be warned this is on the front of the hotel which is by a fairly bust road a metro and on a Sunday morning they set up a market directly out side starting about 4am). The staff are really friendly and speak fairly good English. The rooms are small but I didn't find this a problem. The bathroom is spacious. Just down the street was a lovely patisserie and a supermarket. And just along the main road there's a Mcdonalds. We made our own way from the airport to the hotel and the metro pretty much stops out side it was really easy

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the attitude and professionalism of Armel and his help. Armel helped with several pieces of advice and suggested the options for our brief tour of the best places in Paris as we had only one evening and one day to enjoy the city landmarks during our unexpected stopover in Paris. Ouassila was also receptive and nice. Although the rooms in the hotel are not large, every inch of the space is well used. The hotel is renovated and has a good vibe. We would consider staying there again.

Well located, clean, comfortable and stylish on a budget. Rooms are small - but very comfortable and remember, it is Paris. I was pleased to have secured a room at the hotel, which was in close proximity to an appointment in the 15e. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area, and it's 2 minutes to a Metro stop. if you want to visit the Eiffel Tower, its walking distance to that too.

The location is amazing, 15minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, right next to an underground stop, the soundproofing was great. Cleanliness except for some dust. Free bag storage for our last day in Paris after check out, even though they did let us into the storage room to pick our bags ourselves, which indicates anyone could have taken our bags really.
